Welcome new friends! We would love to have your dog(s) hang out with us – but first a couple things.
Make sure your dog(s):
You or your vet can fax or email the records. We require at least 48 hours to elapse after your dog receives new vaccinations before boarding or daycare.
All BHV locations require reservations in advance for both boarding and daycare.
Daycare admission is Monday-Friday only. During peak times of the year, we have extremely limited availability for daycare. To make sure we have availability, please make a reservation prior to your visit. We ask that all daycare guests arrive by 11am.
Daycare cancellation policy – You must cancel by 5pm the day prior to your appointment to avoid an automatic daycare charge.
BOARDING policy – A boarding charge applies when a dog stays in our facility OVERNIGHT. Upon a dog’s departure, a daycare charge is added only when the dog’s checkout time is more than four hours AFTER its check in time. EXAMPLE: A dog that checks in on a Monday at 8:00 am and checks out Tuesday at 5:00 pm, would be charged for ONE night of boarding AND one day of daycare. If the same dog checked out at 10:00 am, then they would only be charged for the ONE night of boarding.
BHV requires a credit card on file for all clients.
